Tips for a successful renovation

There are so many tips for a sucessful reno. I will add to this page as life goes on....

• bookmark photos you like the look of, whether you're doing a kitchen reno or looking to paint, take pictures

• decide on a budget

• decide on the quality of work you are looking for, nothing is perfect, but you get what you pay for

• decide to have women do your reno, cause no matter how I put it we are more detail oriented and tidier

• remember it is stressful to have people in your house, I have been called a marriage councillor by more than 1 couple

• again, take pictures

• dust, goodness the dust gets every where, we try and keep it down, but goodness the dust, put away as much as you can
